My Dad has just ordered a Yeti 4x4 2.0 TDI elegance DSG on Motability and paid extra out of his own pocket for the Columbus satnav. He has an estimated delivery date of February 2012 (we'll see if it comes by then, may be longer!).

Anyone know what version Columbus will it have and will it have the 7 digit postcode option?

The 7 digit postcode thing it should have for sure because as of week 22 (2011) all sat navs were updated with it.
