Hey guys ! firslty let me start by saying what a GREAT site this is !! very very informative !!

now onto the introduction ........ im wayne and am due to pick up my first skoda this weekend. its a 2002 black magic Octavia vRS. i must admit when i started looking at cars i didnt even give skoda a thought.

i was originally on the lookout for a CupraR until i drove one. after driving it i couldnt help but feeling a little let down.dont get me wrong they look amazing however i feel the interior lets the car down massivly

so it was back to looking for another car and it was only by chance i stumbled across skoda (and this forum) so after quite a bit of fact finding and reading reviews i decided to bite the bullet and get one and have got to say im more than made up with my decision now. the one i have chosen belonged to a member on here and has been very very well looked after and is equipped with the following mods

Stage 1 shark performance re-map running 205bhp 220ft/lbs

Saikou Michi stage 3 catch can

Forge red silicone boost kit

Silver bonnet lifters

Weitec hicon GT coilovers

S3 lower strutbrace and anti-roll bar

Whitline 22mm RARB

Audi TT whishbone bushes

Powerflex dog bone bushes

Custon A-pillar boost gauge

Golf R32 instrument cluster with maxidot

VW MFD satnav

Phatbox hardrive

PDC

Colour coded grill and rubstrips

Front arch vents

Mlada boleslav plate surrounds

Really cant wait to pick her up now!!

just out of interest is there any thing i need to keep my eye on when running the car?? it has done 97000 miles and had the cambelt done at 72000 miles .and also what other mods do you suggest i go for next?? i do want to fit a better exhaust but am unsure of costs and what exhaust is the best.

any tips, help and information will be gratefully appreciated

i havent got it yet, deposit was paid monday and am going to pick it up this weekend!! to say im looking forward to getting behind the wheel is an understatement
