As for the thread title, well for the past few years I have always had a liking for a certain Russian motor (Lada) With them becoming rarer and the prices climbing higher, I thought I would defect. The Skoda was always similar and infact still has the old ethos of cheap runarounds. (I'm talking older ones here) And I've noticed you can get some early Felicia's (and even Octavia's) for the sort of money that would buy a russian wreck

When a few things get sorted out I will be looking at getting a Felicia to run about in.

(And I won't be chopping the Skoda in for a Tango Orange Ford
