vRS new wheels

Featured Replies

I've just ordered a set of Kei Force 10's for my new fabia

5x100, 205/40/17 tires, offset et42

Will these fit ok without spacers? If not what size spacer req?

I am also dropping the car 25mm on eibachs

Thanks in advance

Offset is a bit high, prolly find they wont quite fill the arches.

Best wait to see what they look like before buying anything spacer wise..

I heard that putting spacers in the car messes up the geometry of the steering column...i wanted to put spacers but my family friend service manager suggested not...and i know he is a great mechanic who knows his stuff because he has had over 30 years experience with cars & knows skodas especially, inside out. When i bought my springs he told me to wait until i did 10,000 kms...by then the shock absorbers would have adjusted to the feel of the road and THEN it would be alright to fix the sports suspension in.

Just a piece of advice im giving you from a qualified mouth:)

I was looking at those wheels - they are a good looking set. Have you gone for silver or hyperblack? Can you post a picture up when you have them fitted.

With regards to spacers, I understand that there is no need for them...

Thanks for the info and advice guys

Went for the silver ones as I think they will look better with the metallic black

Will post piccies when the wheels are on
