Fun load liner?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone, this is my first post! Just got myself a fun pickup a few days ago and I love it. I'm hoping to get the load area lined/waterproofed and was hoping someone on here could point me in the right direction, not having much luck digging online.

Cheers!

I have a bed-liner I got from Ebay for £25. As it was for the pickup, I had to trim it to go round the bottom of the lockers and the rear wall, and round the hinges. (10 minutes with a stanley knife)

Also seen rubber jigsaw panels that lock together that can then be cut to fit.

I don't think there was anything specific to the Funs though.

Cheers

Cool, thanks for that I'll have a dig and see what I can find

Cheers

I had a rubber load liner bought from VW for the MK2 Caddy, trimmed it about a bit and did the job

Yeah, I think whichever way you go, the stanley knife will be your friend ;)

Cheers fellas much appreciated.

There is this wonderful stuff called speedliner, it's made of polyurethane and you spray it on with a spray gun and it makes it totally waterproof.. Trouble is with a normal load liner is you get water ingress and it gets trapped underneath so you have to take it out every now and again to clan it all out

Check out a product called 'Linex', I've had it on a couple of pick up's, it can take alot of punishment! It sounds like it could be the same as speedliner....you can get it in different colours too!

Lined is very good but it fades really badly and it whitens over time

Edit, damned iPad autocorrect thingy.... Should say linex.
