I'm looking at buying a new exhaust and getting it shipped to me in New Zealand.

Has anyone had one delivered and can tell me the box size and weight please?

I'm looking at Milltek as my first choice, but initial delivery quote from Awesome is 228 quid. There must be a cheaper option!

That's my plan - which is why I need dimensions and weight to get a price

For future reference:

Milltek cat back - 20KGs, 130cm x 30cm x 20cm

Piper cat back - 12KG, 157cm x 25cm x 26cm

I bought a Piper system. A little bit cheaper than Milltek and nicer tailpipe design IMHO.

:wonder: 8kg differance? se the piper one isn't made of cardboard?

If it helps at all - we are going to be giving UPS a try and they might be quite a bit cheaper but we are having to wait for them to sort their account etc out :(

I checked again with Andy and it is down to the size of the box that makes it expensive, I asked if we can make is smaller but he said there is not much that can be done without leaving it possible to get damamged.

Thanks Mike I appreciate your help. I couldn't resist the deal Garry at MSW gave me on the Piper system and as I said I prefer the look of the tailpipe.

Don't worry about it at all!! We don't offer them on the website but we can get Piper exhausts just a phone call away
