Hello, About to be a Skoda Yeti owner

Featured Replies

Hello

We are hoping to take to delivery of our first Skoda on 12th August, a Yeti 1.2 TSI SE Plus in Aqua Blue.

The whole family are really excited by the car, more so than for any other car we have had. So far we have had a very good buying experience through our local Skoda Dealer.

Recent car history is that we ran a VW Touran fairly happily for 3 years, then made a terrible mistake changing for a French car that shall remain nameless. With only 7500 miles on the clock it is going in on Monday for it's 4th repair in as many weeks before being dispensed with. Terrible ride and build quality, shocking for a modern car only 15 months old. Right, got that off my chest!

So we are very pleased to be returning to high build and ride quality with another car from the VW group of companies. To us the Yeti is much more exciting than our Touran as well, though much of the equipment is very familiar looking! We felt we didn't need the 7 seats of the Touran and the equipment level on the SE Plus is so much higher than the entry level VW we could buy for the same price.

Looking forward to chatting about Yetis

Hello and welcome, not long to wait now - enjoy! :)

Hi Ashley ,a very warm welcome to you all !

Hi - we've got a Yeti as well as the Fabia - it's comfortable, quick, handles well (you wouldn't believe the looks on faces when this thing passes them on the outside of roundabouts!) and is pretty economical, as long as you don't try to do too many silly motorway speeds, where the aerodynamics have a habit of winning.....

Enjoy!

Hi and welcome aboard.
