Does anyone know the difference between the bumpers on an RS hatch vs RS Estate?

I want to fit a Milotec rear diffuser but they say it only fits the hatch. I'm wondering if it's worth risking getting one and seeing if it can be made to fit

No idea but I have found this on on eBay and they say it fits both the hatch and estate so that possibly indicates the bumpers are the same?

I believe the hatch has a slightly more rounded profile - but not huge

Bet you could remould the milotec with a hot-air gun - they're made from very poor quality plastic, with a frankly cheap and nasty not-even-close-to carbon wrap over the top
