bushes

hi i have a 2008 octavia 1.9tdi mk2 with the cast iron wish bones the same as the 2.0 tdi its done 120.000 now and need some bushes the rubber ones and the ally ones could any one tel me how thay come of is it a unbolt and of or is the bolts blocked by the engine or gearbox coz i cannot get a hold of a manual
