Console Bushes for MK2 Octavia

Featured Replies

I bought these with the intentions of replacing my standard bushes but I've decided to keep them standard and would rather put the money from these towards something else.

These brand new Matthew?

Presume this way you don't have worry about pressing the new bush into position?

Interested, if so :)

To be honest I dont think they're new.

You will still need a press to move the bushes to the OEM mounts.

OK thanks - would need to know how many miles they've done then really, as to whether it's worth swapping them.

Cheers.

These bushes are a lot stiffer than the OEM bushes and even if they have done 10,000 miles, they will still be loads better that the OEM ones. I have them on my car and they do transform the way the car handles and are not harsh like poly ones.

As 560 said, good mod and not harsh like poly ones.

Cornering is defiantly better on mine after fitting these

I don't disagree; I do need some more info about them though :)

As said, if they had done 10k, I'd probably buy them....

Yes

Only they are now fitted to my car

Sorry

Matthew

you can fit the audi a1/seat ibiza bushes too the ones that fit the fabia and they are pretty easy to fit if you have access to a press or large vice.
