Alloygator anyone?

Featured Replies

I've seen these advertised in auto express and wondered if anyone had any experience of them.

I'm gonna need them on next car judging by the state of my alloys!

So fits round the rim of the alloy - yes can see the logic of it and no doubt it works.

Seems to have been tested by AutoExpress, Evo and some association/testing with MIRA (that's a big name to be associated with). and £60 is a lot less than a wheel refurb.

I think there worth a punt at sixty quid.

I read a customers testimonial stating that when he had a particularly bad kerbing accident that would have killed the wheel, the alloygator was ruined but the wheel ok and the supplier replaced it for free.

In theory a great idea, and for some people it will be well worth the money.

That said, having looked at the gallery on the website, they look cheap and nasty.

another member on the site, couldnt get them fitted to his wheels for some reason, an expensive punt then!

I've seen a set of these fitted to a car, they looked abit crap really but i would imagine they will do there job and save your wheel from been kerbed

If they did them in a colour to match the wheel i would imagine they wouldn't look as bad, the one i saw had blue ish ones on a silver wheel
