Felicia rear compartment light wont turn on/ Swiching dash bulbs

1.The bulb seems intact, same as contacts, i tried opening up the hatch to check the condition of the lock to see if any wire or switch is damaged, but didnt see any anomalies. All the fuses are ok.

Are there any other places to check why the light does not turn on while hatch is open?

2. The dash lights are beginning to fail completely, the tachometer bulbs are all broken, some of the speedometer as well, can someone with experience of changing these bulbs can expain which tools and mow much time i would need to open up the panel, and fix all the broken parts? Also a basic step-by-step guide would be greatly appreciated.
