Back in May I placed an order with this website for some OEM skoda parts.

Initially they replied to my order and communicated very efficiently with me. However after 1 month of waiting they claimed my order had been lost by the shipping company so they re-sent it out as I had paid for insurance. Since then I have heard nothing, they have ignored my numerous e-mails and do not answer the phone. I have posted this here to warn other users before using this 'company'.

I'm hoping you used a credit card - in which case get straight on to them to arrange a refund ASAP.

Hi guys,

 

I have read this post while trying to find a steering wheel replacement for my octavia 2008. Since i havent found the steering wheel in any other place at a reasonable price decided to order from skoda-parts.cz. I wasnt sure what to expect but today i got my brand new steering wheel from them, it was shipped on 29.08 and i made the payment via bank wire transfer a few days earlier.
