I'm using the 1,3 mpi engine in an 120 GLS Estelle, and have all the job with engine parts.

It can't be done using diagnostics equipment, you need to find an ecu chip specialist to write you a rev EEPROM chip.

Try Poloace of club polo, he sells lots of chips for vag cars, some that up the rev limit.

I'm not sure if he does bespoke work but it's worth sending him a pm, if it's just the rev limit i can't see why he couldn't do it
