If my wipers are on constant and I stop the car, the wipers also stop.

I'd have thought they'd reduce to intermittent.

Is it possible to adjust or are we stuck with this?

Are you using manual or auto wipers? If manual, what setting? Handbrake on or just footbrake?

I used to think this was a good idea. I'd only noticed it at traffic lights. Then it happened at a busy junction. See gap in traffic through side windows and go to pull out, no forward vision! Scrablle to restart wipers...good idea, poorly executed. That said, I can't even open my options menu (if I have one) on the MFD, so it may be avoidable!

And Handbrake. I'm not one of these arseholes who blind the poor bugger behind them by sitting with my foot on the foot brake

That's why then. It's so passengers don't get splashed by the wipers. Should start as soon as hand brake off again.

If the wipers are on, then it must be raining.. so the passengers are getting wet anyhow...

Tried it on mine. If the wipers are on in any position (no auto wipers though), they're on. No matter what I do with handbrake.
