Double din unit - MFD advice.

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I really want a double din. I have been looking around for the specs I want

Bluetooth, SD input, full size usb input, ipod support and charge and sub support.

I am currently watching some MFD's on ebay but not sure what there spec is. If they don't have the wiring loom, how difficult is it to get hold of?

I currently have a enon unit. It's not brilliant but does the job. Is there any other cheap units people can vouch for? I don't want to spend to much. Just want a nicer looking unit. Ofcourse I willing to pay more for the MFD because it is OEM but if there is something better suited I would rather have that.

Sorry if the above doesn't make any sense. I am writing this whilst tired lol.

what is the price range you are looking at?

I presume you're not looking at MFD1 units as they dont have any of the spec you're after and I dont think the MFD2 or MFD3 will fit,

I have seen some people on here with some nice aftermarket units, I remember reading This nice looking bit of kit, hope this helps

That is a VERY nice bit of kit!! :giggle: cant fault it does exactly what i want plus more and it sounds amazing!!

also has 3 line outs in the back which was good for me as i had a fair bit of extra kit to fit (2 planet audio amps along with 2 phoenix gold 12 inch subs)

fitted the amps and subs last week this week its front components upgrade
