That looks like what police do near here at Ikea: park an old car in livery on the car park to discourage theft.

They missed a trick if they were rolling in the 2.0 they would be taking those crims in like kings!!

Kent police still use mk1 Fabia's, spotted an estate parked on a double yellow yesterday in Tonbridge.

My sisters a copper and she often uses a MK1 Fabia TDI

as a plain clothes vehicle. She hasn't tried a vRS yet

but she tells me the TDI has surprised her a few times with it's poke.

Yeah, loads of them still about in Kent. They have a few GN55 reg unmarked estates now too.

its probably just some hard core parking fee avoider, what better way of being able to park your car anywhere for free is there then marking it up like a cop car
