hi when i put ignition on i get emmisoin workshop + engine management light on but it runs ok got the guy i work with to scan again and he redset it i managed to get a quick look before he reset and saw this

Below is the list of sensors (prefix G) for the 1.9:

G28 Engine Speed Sensor

G40 Camshaft Position Sensor

G62 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

G70 Mass Air Flow Sensor

G71 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor

G72 Intake Air Temperature Sensor

G79 Throttle Position Sensor

G81 Fuel Temperature Sensor

G62 (engine coolant) is the most likely to fail and the engine will run normally with a failed sensor - it takes a scaled value from G81.

Find out which one it was - but if G62 has a black body, change it. Later versions are green.
