I know its been asked many times before, but can the rear seat bases be folded? In the owners manual (page 86)it shows you how to fold them, but everyone says you cant. Im confused. CAN YOU FOLD THE REAR SEAT BASES???

In short the combi / estate seat bases can be folded and/or removed, the hatchback / twinhatch however cannot.

Ah right, thanks for clearing that one up :)

I have the Twindoor and regularly take the seat bases out to allow the seat backs to fold flat - just pull them up at the front and slide them forward.

I removed my combi's rear seat base this afternoon and gained the benefit of finding three 'Tic Tacs' and a Ten Pence piece!

How do you remove (not fold) seat base of a combi Superb?
