Have been back to the dealer twice now, and am now waiting again to hear from Skoda. I cannot get any Points of Interest ( petrol stations, hotels etc) on the Sat Nav, the screen just freezes on Please Wait. After a long while it is OK again. Can anyone offer any advice. Thanks a lot.

If its only a 2011 new unit in a new car, why can't they swap the unit out?
