Well, stage 2 usually means that you have a modified software, sport air filter and a "cat-back" exhaust pipe (means you'd have a bigger exhaust pipe starting just after the catalytic converter).

IMO it's better to go straight to stage 3 since stage 2 makes only a slight difference compared to stage 1.

St 2 really needs

Full Turbo back

CAI/modified intake + Good filter

TIP

FMIC

DV

4bar FPR (depends on who you go to iirc)

imo for an extra few BHP your prob better spending the money on Handling and brakes.

Get the car mapped to 210-220 which is I think a good safe power while not asking too much of the turbo. (240-250 MAX from the small turbo and prob wont last long at that if used all the time[also depends on the RR used :giggle: ]) Then make the car handle right. these cars are nice std and with easy things like RARB make them really good, BUT when you go slightly more they can become fenominal!

Mine needs the Custom RS map tweeking since Ive had a TIP and DP put on but before mine was 226 bhp and 260lb ft. that power with the TT stuff and coilovers, R32 FARB and 28mm RARB, Quaiffe Diff and LCR Brembos all add up to one hell of a lot of fun in the bends. Coupled with Caster Bushes and it would prob be as good as it can? Oh and the S3 steering rack and R32 seats to hold you in lol.

Thanks for your help buddy, mine already has a turbo back exhaust and decat, air box mod with k/n panel filter and cold air feed. Forge tip and forge recirc. Plus a jabba map. I also have a forge front mount to go. As for the chassis mine is pretty much sorted all be it not as much as yours though but it has uprated bushes all round, rarb plus a uprated done bone mount. Coil overs which I may take off and go back to my Koni fsd/ H/r Combo yet.

The brakes are pagid discs and pads All round plus braided hoses and motul brake fluid. So it's pretty much sorted now hence why I feel like it's ready for a stage 2 map. All I need is a 4bar fuel reg, happy days
