Hi all,

have owned many cars (renault, peugot,BMW) more recently Ford Mondeo's and was going to change my 08 125PS Zetec for a newer Mondeo thsi year. then i thought why pay all that money to get a newer version of the same car. Have been a bit fed up with the Mondeo of late(it was my second). Took a few similar cars, Mazda 6, Opel(Vauxhall) Insignia etc for a spin and was unimpressed. Spotted a Superb parked outside a local hotel and lokked in the window. Was awestruck. 1 thing leads to another and the next thing Im test driving one and am hooked lol. So pulled the trigger and got an ex demo 2011 170bhp Manual 6 speed, Picked her up yesterday. Elegance spec and got a really good deal. cannot understand why the heck people will drive Mondeo's etc. when you can get this much more car for your buck! Well tx to this forum, used it to get a feel for what Superb owners felt about them and gave me good confidence along with all the great reviews on top gear / Fifth gear etc.

Anyhow am a 39yr old irish Superb driver now and very happy . Lol. may post pics when I get a chance. capuccino beige I think the colour is called. Wouldnt have been my first choice but its the interior,build and engine that matters to me!
