I have a 2003 Skoda Fabia and have the following problem: the left rear door is locked and can not open any inside or outside, or the remote control. What could I do?

A bit of a high-jack. I have exactly the same problem. Same door too. Anybody any ideas what to do apart from ripping the lining away to force it?

Lots of similar problems spied via search - some solutions, but no easy answers; so I guess it's pull and hope time.

in the end i went to a service, and they open it very easy : try to open the door in the same moment you activate the remote control for several times... after that you can see what is the problem
