well, second hand if you are lucky enough to find a rear-ended car in a scrapper. But really the only place to get a new one is from Skoda themselves. Where did you get the bumper in your sig pic? Reminds me of my first attempt at cutting out the plate on a non vRS bumper.

Its The original bumper that the car came with.

Can get all parts new from a Skoda dealer.

Can get whatever parts are available second hand from scrap dealer/ebay etc.
