Can anyone tell me how to access the panel lights on a vrs

I seem to recall that someone changed the colour of the lights

If you are referring to the instrument panel lights then they are SMD's that are soldered to the PCB of the instruments, not an easy job to change them all as it is easy to burn the boards other components when soldering them back on.
