Can anyone tell me how to remove the standard stereo from a 02 oct vrs? It's the synthony tape H.U.

You require something like a hacksaw blade cut into several pieces......but I would recommend using a blunt one :D

Two very thin flat bits of metal , and it's easier if you remove the glovebox and shove the stereo from the back

Stereo now out and Clarion H.U fitted. Any ideas for the speaker? Shouls I dissconect the tweeters?

Got the clarion H.U in great sound make a great difference. Problem since fitting the new head unit the remote central locking will not work!! It was a straight plug in job so cant see what I've done any ideas?
