I'm collecting my Thule bars today and understand they are the claw fitting feet.

How do you remove the plastic strips on the roof channels to fit the bars?

Anyone does this?

Ive fitted the thule bars to mine a couple of weeks back now, to remove the tabs I used a small electrical screw driver and there is a little cut out in the tabs prise it up from there.
