Jacking points for trolley jack

Can anybody advise best place to jack up Fabia using a trolley jack? Factory supplied jack fits around the sill flange without putting any pressure on the flange. When using trolley jack can you use flange or is is best just to go inside the flange but still using the position marked on the sill. Need to fit my winter wheels soon and not jacked uo a Fabia before other than using the factory jack. Don't want to damage the sill flange although it looks very strong.

A little trick to allow you to use a trolley jack on the flange edge is to buy an ice hockey puck and cut a slit in the surface. The pucks are made from very tough plastic / rubbery stuff and they usually fit nicely in the dish of the trolley jack cup, they are quite cheap on e-bay
