Has anyone found or done a spreadsheet/web page to keep an eye on what needs doing at servicing?

I'm on variable servicing and do it all myself. While I keep a record on what I've done I would like something to let me know exactly what's needed next time.

I use Elsa Win which is the electronic service manual for vag cars, you can print off your own service sheets and by inputting the previous and current milage,fixed or variable service, you get the correct service list every time, same list as main dealers. Check out e bay.

have got elsawin on my other comp - so far have only used it for occasional technical drawings - will have a closer look at the service sheets
