Thought I'd say a quick hello. I've bought a 2008 Octavia VRS back in June and what a fantastic car!!! Totally love it...even had it fitted with a Zeder lock so that it stays mine and doesn't get stolen. I'm not new to Skodas...they are fantastic cars! My parents had a Skoda 120, then a Favorit, then an Octavia MkI 1.8T and now I finally have my very own The 200 horsepower is fantastic! I haven't had much of a browse in the forum yet, so if anyone has any quick tips or answers to my queries then that would be superb! and much appreciated

I'd love some limited edition alloys (have seen on a few UK cars) but they seem very hard to find...any ideas where I can get them from?

Do you think it's worth reprogramming/chip-tuning the ECU to get 240BHP? If so how? where? how much?

Also, my uncle is desperate to get rid of a 1960s Octavia estate...was a complete runner 5 years ago but has spend 5 years in the open and -20 winters...should I take it? I would love to restore it eventually...
