Hi and welcome.

In the car.

Passenger side under the glovebox.

Looking up from the floor : Find two black plastic thum screws - holding up the dark grey soft foam cover found under the dashboard between the bottom edge of the glovebox and the carpet in the footwell.

Remove screws by hand and pull off the grey soft foam cover.

Now possible to see a black plastic cover about 3" x 7" in size.

Slide this to left (or maybe right) - it pulls down and away.

You will then see the pollen filter - pull down to remove.

Hoover out the bugs and dust and refit with new filter. (It will only go back one way).

The foam cover fits round the outlets for the heater air and then the edges need carefull pushing into the space between the dashboard lip at the front under the glovebox.
