I've noticed that from day to day the location stated in the search results window of Google changes on a regular basis, without an input from me. This morning it has changed within the same Windows session. At the moment its reading Camden Town. Earlier this morning it showed as Barnet and yesterday it was showing as Harrow.

Anybody else experienced this ?

My location, Harrow, NW London.

Also when I do an external IP search that tends to vary. One day its Ealing, the next its Croydon, the next Harrow.Today its Westminster. My ISP BT.

Any ideas what's going on ?

Yeah mine does this - regularly changes to Cardiff !!

I suspect your connecting with a different IP address, so it just a case of where that IP range has been registered too.
