I took delivery of Hetty three weeks ago today and have done 2,500 plus miles.

During that time Hetty has acted as a furniture van (we've just finnished moving home), delivery truck (I work in IT and often carry stupid amounts of equipment) and a Taxi, in between getting me to and from work of course.

Every task has been performed with aplomb, nothing seems to phase her.

I had been concerned that the Greenline might have been a bit under powered but not a bit of it, although no racing car from a standing start there is plenty of power for when it is needed (through the gears when overtaking for example). Fit and finish are brilliant, the seats comfortable with a good driving position. Road holding and handling (especially on the twisty country lanes I use everyday) are pretty impressive.

Likes: Pretty much everything, especially the fuel economy....the current tankful looks likely to break the 600 mile mark by quiet a margin

Dislikes: Nothing stands out, although I, like others get irritated by the position and feel of the wing mirror controls

Wish I had: Heated windscreen (not an option on the Greenline which I knew), Blue Tooth (misread the brochure, should have checked with the dealer.....)

Winter tyres being fitted Saturday (Continental Winter Contact from Kwikfit) and will probably get a couple of extras from the Skoda accessory store that is often mentioned on the forum.

So all in all a great car, I wanted something out of the ordinary, something you don't see by the dozen in every car park, something well built, with higher driving position and an understated design with great detail........And that is why I bought Hetty.

Now, where is that snow.......
