Hello people , ive just bought a 54 plate fabia 1 elegance 1.9tdi pd , with some of the common faults mentioned in the forums. i can safely say with the help and knowledge within the forums ive recently had cam belt water pump ,pulleys and tensioners replaced seen as though shes pushing on 105000 miles , followed by a first remap ive ever purchased from Shark Performance via the STS system i read about via Bri skoda forums. opting for economy over power and to which im currently getting between 4-7 mpg more . with the power and no heavy smoke whatsoever , so all in all im chuffed to bits ,. even though the estate model isnt the best looking car ive ever had. with a little guidance from yourselves within the styling department im sure with a bit perserverance ill get rome built in the next few months ha , so thats me and my fabia 1 signing out from this ever so long intro , peace out
