any recommendations for ICE?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I'm looking to install a decent system, fully compatible for my Fab VRS SE. Reasonable competant to do the install myself, however my last attempt at fitting an aftermaket unit to my vx combo van made the speedo stop working

I'm after a system that'll allow my to fit an amplified sub, and upgrade the stock speakers (unless you think they're ok) and have an aux and USB ports.

Any recommendations etc welcome.

cherrs.

look at pioneer head units ive got a 4300dvd double din but theres some good deals on single units with usb on them

Limited purely by budget. You could spend £100, and you can easily spend well over £10,000.

First step is to get a decent aftermarket HU that has high voltage pre-outs, and the type of connectivity you want. Note you can install a double din touchscreen unit if you leave out the plastic cubby hole under the stereo.

as said above depends on your budget really, if it's £500 i'd consider the special offer by a four masters dealer/installer http://fourcarsblog.co.uk/
