Stolen Keys, imobilizing the car?

Featured Replies

Ill keep this brief

Basically I think the keys to my courtesy car have been stolen (hope there not reading), i've no way of keeping the car blocked in for tonight.

Apart from disconnecting the battery (which is not recommended) how can I imobilize the car so that should someone with the keys tries to nick it, it will be harder??

Cheers

btw car is a Fabia 1.4MPI estate

take a couple wheels off, that'll stop em

If you can get the bonnet up then remove the HT leads.

ooooh, thats a good idea

Get the AA to tow it to your local police station and leave it on thier carpark overnight. :thumbup:

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

have you seen the number of police vehicles that have had the wheeltrims nicked????

I'd go with the HT leads meself: just the 5th lead is all that is needed to be removed.
