I would like to know if any other company sells the stuff like Milotec does. I mean the grilles, bumper grilles etc.

They dont ship to India and I would like to add some stuff to my RS, Octavia.

Butts do "some" of the Milotec stuff, but looking at it there's a lot on milotec.de thats not in the Butts catalogue.
