best turbo people tend to fit is the arl pd150 unit of a 150bhp golf or usually go down the route of hybrid. another performance mod is usually a remap, shark performance is highly recommended by people on here

You can also defin the inside of the airbox. I did it to mine and got some good gains. Link here
