Uneven Tyre Wear

In our company we have 2x new shape Superbs, both are having problems with uneven wear on the tyres, some times all four, or sometimes back or front, both cars have been fourwheel aligned, and have had numerous different makes of tyres to try and resolve this issue, has anybody else had the same problem, and if so did they correct it and by what means
