Can anyone recommend a performance tuning service in Lothians or Newcastle/Northmberland area? I want to Stage 1 remap my Octavia 140 2.0D

+1 A lot of people have travelled a lot further for the peace of mind and quality of service there too. Plus it gives you a nice length of a drive back to play with what will be a transformed car

In the interests of providing a balanced view, I would recommend Revo: http://www.revotechnik.com/ My mate had his Golf 140 revo'd and it was as quick as my CR vRS that was remapped to 205bhp.

Revo quote 193bhp and 393Nm but I suspect that's slightly optimistic.

Also see if you can get a good deal on putting your car on his dyno and getting a "before and after" printout. Great set up and worth a visit to check the place out.
