im in a bit of a bad mood so i dont know if thats making matters worse. i begrudlingly (spelling) went to buy 1 for the £33 it said it was with the vodka added, and then got the shipping cost on top. FORGE map sensor pipe.. 110mm long 63mm round. £42!!! have a fking laugh!

Anyone know where i can get a pipe for my map sensor without having to give forge 1 of my limbs?

I bought mine from Forge. Not only that I had to shorten it, which was a bit painful to do after paying that money plus postage to NZ!

takes the pee pee dont it mate. Id rather sell my front mount than pay that for a tiny bit of alli pipe! Forge are so over priced! I just bought a 008 DV as i got it for a little more than a compbrake one. i dont know how people can warrent there prices. especially there front mount kits! (no offence to those that have them)

I paid that before crimbo for mine, nicely made but it bloody wants to be for that price

Yep everything Forge that I've seen is good quality and nicely finished. I guess that extra care is what you pay for over the cheap stuff.

yeh i understand it, im the same with my AV gear house and car. id rather pay more for quality and build. Nicer to look at than a poxy bit of ali pipe tho lol

im sure it will be better tomorrow. Is there no alternatives to this out of interest?

Not that i found unlet your handy with a alley welder and can fabricated one up

never tried to weld ali, was hoping to not go down that route.

looks like im going to have to bend over and let Mr Forge insert me with his well made Ali pipe! :@

You say forge is quality... Yet every piece of aluminium i've ever bought from them has swarf everywhere!!
