Great frame and good price. I also think you'd do better on eBay or Bikeradar. A flat bar conversion is perhaps more suitable to a specific niche buyer, If you had the origional drops etc you might tempt a wider audience and at that price would almost certainly sell quicker. SWMBO has been looking at SH mediums and they are around £350-£400 with the origional set up.

going on ebay soon, was just seeing if anyone on here might be interested before I do. Its currently on other mountain bike sites and a lot of people asked if I had the original bars. Seems like not many people are interested in the hybrid style road bike.

IMHO It is without a doubt one of the best ally/carbon road frames out there for everyday use and sportives, but most "roadies" will only want it with drops. I've built up loads of bikes over the last few years, and one of my favs was a Giant cyclocross I thought I'd do as a MTB geared hybrid for a commuter. Quickly learned that some frames geometry will work well with flats, and others are better on drops. The defy really is a bit of a legend as a road bike, so on bike forums it really will take a specific punter to go for it. I'm sure you'll do fine on eBay. Had it been a medium on drops SWMBO would have had it in a shot!
