Columbus difficulties & excellent dealer serviceby Pilsen Auto

Featured Replies

HI all,

as i have said before I have been having difficulties with my Columbus system and its bluetooth functionality, using an iphone 4. Car was back with the dealer this week and has had its second replacement columbus & bluetooth units fitted, to clarify, its on its third system including the the one it was delivered with. All seems to be sorted now.

I know that we tend to give dealers a bit of stick but i can't speak highly enough of the service provide by the Ken and Pilsen motors. They have bent over backwards to remedy the situation and appear to have done so now, so credit where credit is due.

Thanks,

Peter

Have also found Pilsen first class to deal with. Hopefully 3rd time lucky. My Columbus has switched itself off twice in the last few months and hoping it's not a sign of trouble looming. Car just out of warranty.

I also have to say I was very pleased with my dealings with Pilsen Auto. I only got my car last month so haven't had reason (thankfully) to go back to them about issues or service matters, but was impressed by their professionalism during the sales negotiations.

As you said Peter, credit where credit is due.
