Featured Replies

hi all

i know this has been covered hundreads of times and i did try to type it into the search bar with not alot of luck but was looking around ebay for the vag cables but there our hundreads of them and was wondering what one to go for i dont mind what the price is aslong as it aint beyond a tenner unless stated otherwise by yourselfs just want a good one that will work with ross tech etc

thanks all

They should all be fine, if you pay by paypal and it doesn't work then claim the money back from paypal. With mine I found the software on the cd it came with was useless it was better to download the free software from the Ross tech website

just don't expect it to work fully the way a genuine one would, these are rip off copies and have variable quality and functionality.

Guide to what the 3rd party cables do and what the full version does:

As you can see if you only want it for fault code scanning and clearing the shareware version is fine (but should really be registered)

That's all I want it for just to check fault codes and if Ross tech can't reset it can take to my specialist and get him to reset it

pm me if you want my recommendation as i have recently bought one
