What brake discs would be a good upgrade fo the basic front discs ? I have a rock chip between the pad and the disc so i could do the upgrade at the same time...

tbh upgrading discs will give very littlke benefit unless

a- they are larger

b-they are lighter

id stick to normal discs unlesds your going for a larger upgrade such as the 312mm conversion.

pads will make a big difference though

Nothing worse than getting a 'so called' kit, then finding out that you need new bolts, screws, hoses etc.

Has anyone actually fitted this to thier car ?

Sy you mentioned pads making a difference, what pads did you go for. I have been looking at green stuff but i am very inexperienced in pad upgrading and have no idea.

Havent done my pads on this car yet as the whole brake setup is being done so it would have been a waste of money.

Used a few on my last car though.

Tarox Strada = worse than OEM

Mintex M144 = Couldnt fault these, ahndled trackwork with no issues

Ferrodo DS2500 = great for fast road/light track, but melt and spit everywhere when you get them really hot.
