Had turbo changed as waste gate was knackerd but heared this could be egr ,

It jumps about like a kangaroo heater plug coil thing comes on rev counter stops working oil light comes on but it goes off when I turn engine off then on any help pls and thanks.

Forgot , the engine fires up when I spray egr cleaner down air box it happened a couple of months ago then again yesterday
