Go for quality instead, you'll get tired of changing every weekend.. :-)

Xenon whites will not give you better main beam as the light is filtered, they just give at best better colour match to the HIDs.

Go for Osram Nightbreaker Plus H3s instead, as a bonus they also last much longer.

Google "Osram Nightbreaker Plus H3" and you get selection of dealers, you can get them under 10 quid.
