As above can you fit a CR170 turbo to a CR143 engine?? and will the turbo down pipe on the CR143 fit?

The reason i ask is i have an Seat ibiza MK5 CR143, Same engine as the yeti, and wondered if anyone knew. Are the exhausts the same on the CR143 and CR170?? providing they are i should in theory be able to swap the turbo on my car to that of a CR170.

And what sort of gain should you see based on the CR170 turbo being able to run higher boost
