I hear a weird sound that sounds like ( tic tic tic tic .... ) coming from the highlighted part in the photo attached.

What is that part? and what can that sound be? faulty ? should I be concerned about it?

it's exploded!

The noise is coming from the charcol filter, black box. Its normal

yes is perfectly normal

as stated thats the charcol canister, its meant to be there, helps reduce harmful waste/vapour from the fuel system, the noise is normal!
