Faulty Climatronic Unit ?

Featured Replies

Hi

Any help appreciated

My daughter has a 2004 L&K Estate. The Climatronic unit appears to be faulty. A couple of weeks ago, none of the buttons would work and it is stuck on 19degrees.

Called in to our local Skoda dealer, described the problem and was advised that it probably needed a replacement unit. The unit alone was around £60. They didn't actually see the car.

Is there likely to be a cheaper solution

Thanks in advance

Only £60!? You can get them off of ebay for that. I would've thought Skoda would charge closer to £200 for a new Climatronic!
